Spencer-Penn Road to close weekdays for pipe replacement beginning August 3
A portion of Route 949, also known as Spencer Penn Road, in Henry County is scheduled to close to through traffic on weekdays beginning Monday, August 3, 2026, for pipe replacement. VDOT expects the closure to continue through Friday, August 14, weather permitting.
