Draper gas watch: Lone Peak 7-Eleven falls to $4.48 regular, $5.32 diesel
Lone Peak’s 7-Eleven now lists $4.479 regular and $5.319 diesel, both lower than June 2 and tied with the other Draper 7-Eleven for now.
The 7-Eleven at 12292 Lone Peak Pkwy in Draper now lists regular at $4.479 a gallon and diesel at $5.319, both posted within 24 hours. Compared with the June 2 check at the same station, regular is down 22.1 cents and diesel is down 30.1 cents.
A 20-gallon regular fill-up now costs about $89.58, while diesel comes in around $106.38. That kind of swing matters for commuters, parents on school and activity runs, contractors topping off work trucks, delivery drivers on tight routes, and households trying to keep weekly fuel costs predictable.
Two Draper 7-Elevens now show the same price
The 7-Eleven at 692 East 12300 South currently lists the same prices: $4.479 for regular and $5.319 for diesel. That means the two featured Draper stations are tied right now rather than one undercutting the other.
For regular drivers, Lone Peak is below Utah’s AAA average of $4.535 but above the U.S. average of $4.261. Diesel is below both AAA benchmarks, with Utah at $5.458 and the national average at $5.411.
For local buyers, that means Draper is not an outlier to the upside in this check, but there is not a huge cushion either. The practical question for residents, workers, and businesses is the same: where is the cheapest pump today, and how much does it save on a full tank over a week or month?
