Manchester voters have one last early-voting window Aug. 1

Manchester voters who have not cast a ballot early have one final opportunity on Saturday, August 1, before Coffee County’s combined August 6 election.

Early voting is available Saturday from 8:30 a.m. to noon at the Coffee County Administrative Plaza, 1329 McArthur Street, Suite 6, Manchester, Tennessee 37355. The early-voting period ran from July 17 through August 1, 2026. Voters should confirm current election details with the Coffee County Election Commission before going to the polls.

What is on the Aug. 6 ballot

The Thursday, August 6, election combines the Tennessee state and federal primary, the Coffee County general election, and municipal elections in Manchester and Tullahoma.

For Manchester, the official Coffee County election brochure lists three alderman seats and three school-board seats. The ballot also includes Coffee County general-election contests and state and federal primary offices, including governor, U.S. Senate, U.S. House District 4, Tennessee House District 47, state executive committee positions, and any applicable judicial, state or federal offices.

Not every Manchester voter will receive the same ballot. Ballot contents depend on registration, precinct and, where applicable, the party ballot selected in the primary. Voters should review the official Republican, Democratic or general ballot before going to vote.

Election Day details

Election Day is Thursday, August 6. Polls across Coffee County are scheduled to be open from 8 a.m. to 7 p.m.

The Manchester early-voting site is not necessarily a voter’s Election Day polling place. The Coffee County Election Commission provides a precinct-verification tool and advises voters to confirm their assigned precinct before Election Day.

Bring an accepted photo ID

Voters who cast ballots early or on Election Day must present a federal- or Tennessee-government-issued photo ID, according to the election brochure.

The Coffee County Election Commission office is located at 1329 McArthur Street, Suite 6, in Manchester. The office lists its phone number as 931-723-5103 and provides current Republican, Democratic and general ballots, precinct information and election guidance through its voter-information page.

The Manchester municipal election was formally called for August 6 by the Coffee County Election Commission during its February 24 meeting. That earlier action established the municipal election date; the immediate deadline for voters is Saturday’s final early-voting session, followed by countywide Election Day voting from 8 a.m. to 7 p.m. on August 6.
