Norfolk back-to-school celebration scheduled for August 8 at Scope
Norfolk Public Schools and the City of Norfolk have scheduled a free back-to-school resource event for Saturday, August 8, at Norfolk Scope Arena.
The Unity in the Community: Back 2 School Celebration is set for 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. at 201 E. Brambleton Avenue in Norfolk. The City of Norfolk lists admission as free, and Norfolk Public Schools says free parking will be available at Scope.
