Parma property owners have a June 20 tax deadline — and Canyon County says pay early
Canyon County is reminding property owners, including those in Parma, that the second half of 2025 property taxes are due June 20, 2026. For homeowners, landlords, and local businesses, this is a regular payment deadline, not a new tax or a rate change.
The county says anyone mailing a payment should do so early because postal delays can affect whether a payment arrives on time. If you are not paying online or in person, waiting until the deadline could create avoidable problems.
County property-tax guidance says taxes are paid in two installments and that missed due dates can trigger penalty and interest charges under county rules. Property owners who want to confirm balances or payment details should use the county’s tax guidance before sending money.
The Canyon County Treasurer’s Office will be closed June 19, 2026, for Juneteenth, so in-person visitors should not plan on a last-day trip. The practical reminder is simple: check what you owe and act before June 20.
