Card show fills Mall Street today

Collectors are back at 2002 Mall Street today for the latest Collinsville Card Show, running from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. inside The Crossings Church. Dozens of vendors are expected, with tables of sports cards, Pokémon, trading card games, memorabilia, toys and other collectibles laid out for buyers, sellers and traders.

Organizers bill the show as a family-friendly stop for anyone who enjoys the hobby, whether you are hunting for a specific card, looking to thin out a collection, or just want something indoors to do on a chilly February Saturday. Admission is free and parking is available on-site, with early morning hours designed to give vendors time to set up before doors open to the public.

Kahoks boys grab an overtime win

On the court, Collinsville High School’s boys basketball team delivered some Friday night drama with a 59–55 overtime win against O’Fallon. Local scoreboards show the Kahoks pulling out the home victory after the teams were tied at the end of regulation, giving Collinsville fans a lively finish to the week.

Updated stats posted this morning confirm the four-point edge and a strong rebounding effort for Collinsville in the matchup. The win comes as the regular season enters its final weeks, with the Kahoks turning attention to the rest of their conference slate and postseason seeding.

Valentine’s events around town
