Delphos Sets Rezoning Hearing as Annexation and Road Expansion Move Forward
Delphos has set a public hearing on a proposed rezoning petition involving two Allen County parcels, while other city resolutions document plans for annexation and infrastructure expansion.
The city adopted Resolution 2026-10 on Aug. 10, 2026. The resolution sets a public hearing on a petition involving parcel numbers 25-2000-03-006.000 and 25-2000-03-002.007.
The hearing could affect which land uses are permitted on the two parcels. The city’s published resolution summary does not state the exact hearing date or time, the requested zoning classification or a specific development plan.
Annexation proposal covers about 10 acres
Delphos Resolution 2026-03 describes services the city would provide to property owners in an area of approximately 10 acres proposed for annexation from Marion Township into Delphos.
The proposed annexation area is in Allen County. The resolution documents a proposal to bring the land into the city, but the annexation has not been documented as final.

For residents, property owners and businesses, the next significant land-use step is the public hearing established by Resolution 2026-10. The city’s final decisions on the rezoning and annexation remain pending.
