Trump Endeavor 12, an entity owned by former President Donald Trump, has filed plans with the city of Doral to build Doral International Towers. The proposal includes four 20-story residential towers with 1,498 units and 141,694 square feet of commercial space on a 56.4-acre parcel. This development aims to transform the area south of Trump National Doral into a vibrant mixed-use community. A zoning change from multifamily residential and industrial commercial to downtown mixed-use is under consideration, with the first reading and vote scheduled for Wednesday evening.
