City Hall riverfront deed back in spotlight

Edgewater leaders are revisiting a decades-old deed for the riverfront land around City Hall, after residents raised alarms about changes made in 2015 that opened the door to selling portions of the public property.

The original deed required the city to keep the land for public benefit, including the popular boat ramp and green space by the river.
