Fairfield sanitary sewer STEP 4A SRF: FNSI posted; comments due Aug. 14, 2026

Fairfield has posted a Finding of No Significant Impact (FNSI) for a sanitary sewer project tied to Iowa’s State Revolving Fund (SRF). The notice opens an SRF environmental-review comment window for residents who want their concerns added to the record. (An FNSI is an environmental-review decision step—it does not automatically mean construction is guaranteed to begin.)
