The complex, located at 2650 and 2685 Oak Ridge Court, will feature amenities like quartz countertops and stainless-steel appliances. Monthly rents will range from $574 to $1,608, catering to those earning at or below 30%, 60%, or 70% of the area median income.
Historic Cold Snap Sets Records in Punta Gorda
Punta Gorda experienced a historic cold snap, tying the all-time record low for February. On Tuesday morning, the temperature dipped to 27°F, matching the record set in 1917. This marked the third consecutive morning with temperatures in the 20s, a rare occurrence since record-keeping began in 1914.
