Fresno Housing Lists 2026 Plans as Approved, Sent to HUD
Fresno Housing has listed the 2026 annual plans for the Housing Authority of the City of Fresno and the Housing Authority of the County of Fresno as final approved plans.
The agency says both plans were approved and adopted by their boards of commissioners and submitted to the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development. The plans guide Fresno Housingโs Public Housing and Housing Choice Voucher programs throughout 2026.
Fresno Housing says its annual plans track progress toward goals in the agencyโs five-year plan and identify changes from the prior year. The public listing does not state the exact dates when the boards approved the plans or when they were submitted to HUD, and it does not summarize specific funding allocations or policy changes.
A separate amendment remains pending
Fresno Housing is also listing a proposed significant amendment to the 2026 plan as a separate action. The agency says public comments are being accepted from July 6 through Aug. 20, 2026. A public hearing is scheduled for Aug. 25 at 5 p.m.
That proposed amendment is separate from the annual plans already listed as approved. Fresno Housing is headquartered at 1331 Fulton Street in Fresno.
