Moreno Valley Museum Opened 17 Days Before Private Ceremony

The Moreno Valley Museum & ArtSpace opened to the public Sept. 25, 17 days before the city held an invitation-only ceremony at the Moreno Valley Mall on Oct. 12. The city said the ceremony began at 5 p.m., and guests experienced the venue’s inaugural exhibition, “Immersive Van Gogh: The Next Chapter.”

Created through a partnership between the City of Moreno Valley and Lighthouse Immersive, the venue combines an interactive museum focused on local history with immersive exhibition space, event space, curated retail and a café. The museum’s website lists tickets starting at $14.99; tickets for the Van Gogh exhibit start at $29.99.

The venue also lists an artist-in-residence program. Applications are open through Oct. 18, 2026, and public voting is scheduled for Oct. 19–25, according to the museum website. Visitors can buy museum and exhibition tickets through the venue’s website.
