Norfolk’s Office of Elections Seeks Volunteers for 2026 Election Season

Norfolk’s Office of Elections is actively recruiting residents to serve as Officers of Election for the 2026 election season. The goal is to enlist 250 volunteers to assist in various election-day responsibilities, including greeting voters, distributing ballots, and assisting curbside voters and those with disabilities.

Serving as an Officer of Election is a meaningful way to participate in the democratic process and ensure that elections are conducted safely and accurately. Volunteers are encouraged to complete the Officer of Election Interest Form to get involved.
