Officials release footage of Wilmington police shooting involving Kadir Skinner
Delaware officials and the city of Wilmington released body-worn-camera footage Thursday from the June 24 officer-involved shooting of Kadir Skinner near 24th and Carter streets.
The footage was released jointly by the Delaware Department of Justice, the City of Wilmington and the Wilmington Police Department on July 16. The release makes video evidence from the shooting available publicly while the state investigation remains underway.
