Santa Ana’s event calendar was packed over the past few days, with music, comedy and community celebrations drawing residents across the city.

St. Patrick’s Celebration at Willowick

Willowick Golf Course transformed into a lively festival ground Saturday for the OC Fun Fiesta St. Patrick’s Day celebration. Families explored vendor booths, sampled food and drinks, and enjoyed games and giveaways throughout the afternoon and evening.

The free event added a festive, neighborhood feel to the west side of the city, offering a safe and accessible way for residents to celebrate the holiday close to home.

Concert Crowds at The Observatory

It was a strong weekend for live music at The Observatory on Harbor Boulevard. Rapper CupcakKe took the stage Sunday night, drawing fans from across Orange County for a high-energy performance.

Earlier in the weekend, additional acts filled both the main venue and the Constellation Room, reinforcing Santa Ana’s reputation as one of the region’s go-to stops for touring artists.

With spring tours ramping up, venue operators say March is shaping up to be one of their busiest months so far this year.

Comedy Night at Calvary Church

On Saturday evening, comedian Michael Jr. brought his ‘Funny How Marriage Works’ tour to Calvary Church of Santa Ana. The show blended stand-up comedy with relationship-themed storytelling, attracting couples and churchgoers for a date-night style event.

The performance added another layer to the city’s diverse entertainment lineup, showing how faith-based venues and traditional concert halls alike are contributing to a full slate of local programming.
