Colorado River Deadline Missed Again

Colorado River negotiations hit another setback as the seven basin states failed to meet a key federal deadline to craft a long-term water management agreement. The impasse raises fresh concerns about reservoir levels at Lake Powell and Lake Mead, both of which remain under strain after years of drought.
