USU Extension lists two $25 workplace-skills course formats
Utah State University Extension, which serves communities throughout Utah, announced the launch of Durable Skills for Workplace Excellence on Oct. 14, 2026. The course page lists ongoing open enrollment in two formats, each priced at $25: self-paced online lessons and a facilitated option combining online lessons with live virtual workshops.
USU says the self-paced course takes about two hours. The facilitated format provides six hours of instruction over four weeks. The listed intended audience includes people ages 15 to 25, early-career employees and workforce participants. Five modules cover professionalism, communication, emotional intelligence, teamwork and productivity. Participants who successfully complete the course receive a certificate.
The October announcement describes a separate six-hour, four-week in-person version planned for release in March 2027 in select counties. That planned offering is distinct from the currently listed facilitated format, which uses live virtual workshops. Interested participants can apply through USU Extensionโs course page.
