Authorities have identified the victim as 27-year-old Israel Castrejon Trejo from Nampa, Idaho. Trejo was pronounced dead at the scene after suffering multiple gunshot wounds during an altercation with another individual. The suspect, 23-year-old Jacob Streat of Nampa, has been charged with second-degree murder and is currently held on a $2 million bond. The confrontation may have stemmed from a road rage incident on Interstate 84.
