A stretch of the 215 Northern Beltway was temporarily shut down this week after a driver reported being shot at while traveling near North Durango Drive.

Two Killed in US 95 Wrong-Way Crash

In a separate tragedy, two drivers died in a wrong-way crash on northbound US 95 near mile marker 132 in Clark County.

Nevada State Police say the collision happened at night and involved two vehicles traveling in opposite directions in the same lanes. Both drivers were pronounced dead at the scene.

The crash adds to a growing number of fatal collisions investigated by state troopers this year, underscoring continued concerns about impaired and reckless driving across Southern Nevada highways.
