Regular gas matched at two stations
The 7-Eleven at 3451 Sheridan St. listed regular gasoline at $3.849 per gallon. The station listing for 6395 Taft St. also showed regular gasoline at $3.849.
That means the two reviewed locations showed no regular-gas price difference in the available listings. For a driver buying 15 gallons, the two listed prices would produce the same fuel bill before taxes, fees, discounts, or loyalty-program savings.
Diesel differed by 10 cents
Diesel was listed at $5.499 per gallon at 3451 Sheridan St. and $5.399 at 6395 Taft St. The difference was 10 cents per gallon between the two reviewed locations.
That gap can matter more to contractors, delivery operators, commercial drivers, landscapers, and service businesses that buy diesel regularly or fill larger tanks. The two listings do not establish a citywide Hollywood diesel average, however.
Fort Lauderdale metro averages eased
AAA’s July 30 Fort Lauderdale metro average was $3.965 per gallon for regular gasoline and $5.444 for diesel. The regular-gas average was down 1.4 cents from $3.979 on July 29, while the diesel average fell 0.8 cents from $5.452.
