Palm Bay council approves $7.03 million Majors Golf Course offer

The Palm Bay City Council voted 5-0 on Aug. 6, 2026, to make a $7.03 million counteroffer for Majors Golf Course and authorized the city to use eminent domain if the seller rejects the offer.
