A brush fire in Palm Bay led to evacuations but caused no injuries. Firefighters responded to reports of a fire in the area of JA Bombardier Boulevard and Day Avenue SW at around 1:30 p.m. on Sunday, February 1, 2026. Approximately 40 to 50 acres were affected by the fire. No injuries were reported, and the fire did not cause any damage to residential properties in its path.
