13th Annual Kickin’ It for Hope Event in Palm Bay
Today, the Palm Bay community came together for the 13th Annual Kickin’ It for Hope kickball tournament and family fun day at Viera Regional Park in Melbourne. The event featured a kickball tournament, a silent auction with items from local businesses, free bounce houses for children, and delicious food options from Charlie & Jake’s Barbeque. Entertainment was provided throughout the day by DJ Timmy V, and attendees had the opportunity to interact with the Brevard County Sheriff’s Office’s Motor Units, Crime Prevention Team, and Blood Hounds.
All proceeds from the event will support the No Bad Days Foundation, a registered 501(c)(3) organization dedicated to assisting families in obtaining essential medical equipment and devices for children with disabilities throughout Brevard County. Since its inception, the foundation has contributed approximately $100,000 worth of medical devices, equipment, and other necessities to children and families in the area.
