Irving Job Fair Draws Job Seekers

An Irving Job Fair was held Monday, March 9, connecting local job seekers with employers for on-the-spot interviews and networking. The in-person hiring event ran for four hours and focused on matching candidates with companies actively recruiting in North Texas.

Organizers say the goal is to streamline the hiring process and give residents direct access to decision-makers. Events like this have become increasingly important as businesses across the region look to fill roles quickly heading into the spring season.

Babies & Bumps Expo Fills Las Colinas

Families and parents-to-be gathered Sunday at the Westin Irving Convention Center at Las Colinas for Babies & Bumps Dallas 2026. The daylong expo featured panel discussions, expert-led sessions, product demonstrations and family resources.

The event blended education and shopping, with seminars on pregnancy, newborn care and baby gear. Organizers also incorporated charitable components, including raffle proceeds benefiting a North Texas milk bank.
