Peoria-Pekin gas holds near $4.34; diesel stays above $5.27

Regular gasoline and diesel prices in the Peoria-Pekin metro were nearly unchanged on August 1, but both remained substantially higher than they were a week and a year earlier.

Gasoline is up 8.6 cents from last week
