Mount Pleasant council approves Highway 41 project in 5-4 vote
Mount Pleasant Town Council voted 5-4 on July 14 to approve municipal consent for the current design of the Highway 41 Corridor Improvement Project, moving the major corridor proposal forward after a contentious public hearing.
