Drivers should not assume that the North Aurora Road closure is part of the IDOT Route 59 project. Naperville’s project information also lists other ongoing municipal work, making it important to check the specific route and agency responsible for each closure.

For Illinois 59, the practical expectation is intermittent daytime disruption rather than an all-day corridor closure.
