New in town: another pizza option on Coit
A pizza chain known for mixing classic pies with Indian-inspired flavors has opened its first Texas location in Frisco, in a strip center on Coit Road. Alongside familiar options, the menu leans into mashups like butter chicken- and tandoori-style toppings, plus a broader lineup of wraps, pasta, and other quick bites.
Frisco ISD highlights: fundraising, programs, and student wins
On the school and community front, Frisco ISD is promoting ticket sales for the Frisco Education Foundation’s gala, a major fundraiser that supports student programs and classroom resources across the district.
The district also spotlighted its International Baccalaureate pathway at Bright Academy, with families encouraged to submit interest materials during the current application window for the 2026–27 school year.
And for a feel-good competitive note, Frisco ISD shared that beginning dance programs across its high schools earned top marks in an annual assessment, recognition that reflects the time students and directors put into technique, performance, and preparation.
