Democrat Bobby Pulido defeated Republican Monica De La Cruz in Texas's 15th Congressional District, according to Decision Desk HQ. The result flips the seat from Republican control to Democrats.
With more than 95% reporting, DDHQ's Nov. 4, 12:52 a.m. CST returns showed Bobby Pulido with 117,031 votes, or 61.64%, and Monica De La Cruz with 72,822 votes, or 38.36%. Pulido led by 44,209 votes in that snapshot.
