A 14-year-old was fatally shot at a home in west Arlington, and a 15-year-old has been taken into juvenile custody on a manslaughter charge, according to investigators. The new location is expected to bring a familiar Central Texas-style menu to a high-traffic part of town, timed for spring events and game-day weekends.
